Class Hotel Apartments, Dubai

The hotel is situated in a nice location close to the metro station and away from busy streets. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed, but the dining options were quite disappointing in terms of quality and quantity. The service, especially from Mr Mena, was exceptional and professional, truly adding to the experience.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony which I really liked, plus I could get laundry racks from the reception. The location was ideal for me as it was close to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, which was very convenient. However, there were a few hiccups with the service, like not returning calls for tour packages and insisting on cash payment only.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were perfect for relaxing with a small kitchen and balcony, exactly like in the photos, making it feel like a studio apartment. However, the service had its ups and downs, with accommodating staff but some unhelpful and annoying encounters. The central location was a highlight, close to the Metro station and other attractions, although the dining experience left much to be desired.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing a complete breakfast with a big smile. The location was superb for easy access to malls, but a bit 'strange' in some aspects. The dining experience, while simple, could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
